Running out of titles for my #FridayFiction blog posts

Ah, the winding down of a difficult day - with the promise of harder days to come.  And what is with these dreams, I wonder?

If this is the first one you are reading, by all means please stop and read the first one first, then proceed in order, if you would be so kind.

And if you like it/them, let me know.  If you do not, I would still like to know.  If you are completely indifferent and do not feel it is worth your time to comment, that's okay, you can let me know that as well.

Part One:  → Fox at First Sight
Part Two:  → Foxy Lady
Part Three:  → Still a Fox
Part Four:  → Fellowship of the Fox
Part Five:  → Fox Free Period
Part Six:  → Fox, but not Forgotten
Part Seven:  → Fox Report
Part Eight:  → Fox in socks
Part Nine:  → Lingering Fox
Part Ten:  → Bargain with a Fox
Part Eleven: → Speechless Fox
Part Twelve: → Fox Filled Dreams
Part Thirteen: In a Box, With a Fox → Coming Soon ←

I am really excited about the next one - and few more after that. I know that I should not sound lack-luster about my fiction here while trying to get people to read them, but hey, I have a headache and I am cranky and the fake smiles are growing thin. The fact is that there is an important, but not exciting conversation that takes place in this one. Starting with thirteen, the story moves a bit more, and I am eager to get those posted.

Yes, it is Friday Fiction time again

p11:  This is, perhaps, more of a moving things along segment, but important in its own way.  For one thing, Chole gets to see a little deeper into what other people think about Fox.  For the rest - well, it will be more evident on the segments to come and you find yourself thinking back to some conversations here.  I am not making any apologies here, just that this a foundation layer.

A drawback to these breaking like they are is that they are not, in the scope of my vision for this work, truly independent chapters and so do not flow and build as such.  What that really boils down to is that I really hope you all keep reading through for the bigger picture in general as I do not feel any of these really stand on their own.

Friday Fiction Post Number Ten

p10: For the most part, Chole wants to get on with her day, recover it the best she can, but cannot get Fox off of her mind.  While she does learn that Fox may actually be curious about her as well, Chole will not seem to take that out of the context of Fox looking out for her friends and nothing more.
Moreover, the school - rather, the people in it - get weirder and weirder.

Number nine for the Fox Tale

Welcome to Friday, everyone. And let me start by saying what a Friday it is.

Yeah, we knew there was a problem, and now it is out there, but Chole still won’t talk about it.  This things take time.  Some people manage to bury them.  Some people let them out.  Whatever happens in our past cannot be changed, never forgotten, and cannot ever be undone.
I wanted to hang out with Fox a little here - I still want to know more about her - but she ran out of excuse to linger.  It sounds like if these two really want to figure oneanother out, they are going to have to learn to talk to each other.  If the ice breaks any further, they won’t have anything to stand on.
